  3. Comprehensive three-way entry assessment involving the employee through a personal interview, the manager and the FTA specialist
  4. Deliver a competence gap analysis by comparing outcomes of step 2 and step 3
  5. Create a personal development plan for each participant
  6. Design and implement a specific training program and coaching plan

Development programs and individual courses

The process is not complete until the competence gaps are filled. We are happy to take care of this too in one-to-one sessions for a single individual or in a classroom format to a group sharing the same competence gap. The number and length of sessions and courses depend on the specific gap, objectives and number of people taking part. All delegates receive an FTA certificate of attendance on completion of their course.
