Future Connections unveils its program for MWC Barcelona 2026

Etten-Leur, Netherlands – Future Connections, the innovative agentic-first provider of comprehensive customer experience, assurance, RAN optimisation and automation solutions, today announced details of its participation at MWC Barcelona 2026, taking place on 2-5 March 2026.

Recognised as the leading global event for innovation, connectivity and business opportunities in telecommunications, MWC Barcelona brings together more than 100,000 key industry players and innovators shaping the future of digital networks.

At this year’s edition, Future Connections will showcase its agentic-first approach to network and customer operations automation through a program that includes:

• Promotion of its innovative advanced assurance, customer experience, RAN optimisation and automation solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, lower costs and enhance customer satisfaction
• Presentation of its portfolio of customisable AI agents and deep agents for network and customer operations, several of which are already in proof-of-concept at customer sites
• Advocacy for an agentic AI and data approach as the intelligent core driving the networks of the future
• Introduction of dedicated solutions for fixed customer operations and customer support, enabling next level customer journey automation, advanced self-service and more autonomous operations
• Participation alongside MasOrange in the fireside chat “MasOrange deployment of Future Connections NIx Energy Saver rApp on EIC for a more efficient and sustainable network”, highlighting the recent implementation of Future Connections’ intelligent rApp which was delivered leveraging the OpenRAN capabilities of the Ericsson Intelligent Automation Platform (EIAP). The session will take place on Monday 2^nd March at 15:00 CET at the Speakers Corner of Ericsson’s stand in hall 2, as part of the Ericsson’s #rAppItUp program
• Inclusion of its intelligent NIx Energy Saver rApp in the O-RAN ALLIANCE Virtual Exhibition, which will be launched in occasion of MWC26
